Blessed, Five Years In

Read Time:1 Minute

It’s hard to believe it has been five years since we started on our journey to producing Glory Magazine. From the first vision God gave us until today seems like a lifetime ago.

When we began, we didn’t know how it would be accomplished and who would want to read it–but God! God has provided every step of the way.

For example, when I lost my brakes while delivering in Beckley, he provided refuge at the tire center. They stayed all evening to fix the broken brake lines, and I got home around 2:00 a.m. After a few months He told me to go to Clarksburg, it was time to get my new car…and I came back with one!

He has provided incredible working relationships that have contributed to the production of the magazine, and He has supplied story after story to place between the pages.

We have traveled many miles, worked lots of long hours, and drank lots of coffee. We have also met some of the most wonderful people over the years and have been honored to receive donations, words of encouragement, and be entrusted with the privilege to recount testimonies that reveal who He is.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt thanks to every person who was compelled to share their personal stories with us and to every hand that touches the pages and reads the articles before, during, and after it is printed. Thank you to those who have contributed monetarily and through prayer, and especially you, the readers. You are our heartbeat and why we are so committed to bringing you the stories that have been waiting to be written.

We go into this next year with great anticipation for the new road God has us moving down. We humbly ask for your prayers as we move towards a new horizon, new goals, and a new season. God never wants us to become complacent or comfortable because when we do, we rely on our own strengths and not His. Join us as we stretch beyond what we can do and believe in the impossible things God can do!

Blessings and honor,
