First, the articles you are reading in this issue were all composed before the Covid 19 Pandemic declaration on March 11, 2020. And because of this new reality, the April-May 2020 issue of Glory Magazine will be available on our digital platforms to comply with the Covid 19 Federal Guidelines. We will reassess our strategy in May for returning back to print, but rest assured, we will remain at our usual online locations.
Second, the Church is getting into position! As believers in Christ, we are called to be the light in the world, and there is no more apparent time than now for our light to shine for God. Many in the Faith have been asleep, and this shaking on a global scale is something meant for our harm, yet God will work it out for His glory!
As ambassadors of Heaven, people of faith are to occupy in the earth until the return of the Lord. We are to take ground for the Kingdom of Heaven; however, most only get into a position of authority to do so one day a week. We are to go to church for the building up and teaching of the saints, yet I would contend that for one to live a righteous life, it is imperative that we praise God and offer Him worship in spirit and truth. And this is how we obtain His power! The creative power of God that performs miracles, signs, and wonders. Many do not honor the protocol of Heaven. We must enter into the gates of our God through praise and worship. Those who lead worship should be chosen very carefully, and with this principle in mind. Just because someone can sing well does not mean they are spiritually able to lead others into a place of worship at this level.
Worship is placed at a distant second to the teaching by some; however, when God is present in our atmosphere, He can and will do ALL things! Christ is the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, and Judah means ‘He shall be praised!’ (See Revelation 5:5) Last year, we received a word that His throne on the earth now is Worship!
So, how can this pandemic, meant for our destruction by our adversary, reveal the sons of God (Romans 8:19) and His glory? This is what God showed me. Within His finished works, He already knew when the crisis was coming and made provision to allow His people to take more ground for His Kingdom!
“How do I get my people to take more ground? Separate them and allow them to worship where they are instead of only in one building on one day!
“My people are not worshipping me daily! Where they are! Take ground for the Kingdom NOW!”
The world wants to consume the saints with fear, yet God knows those whom He has called are as bold as lions! And just think about all the households and places of work praising God where they are via the internet and through social media. Instead of there being one big bonfire on Sunday mornings in one building, there are millions upon millions I dare say, of embers and fires across not only our state but around the world that are taking ground for the Kingdom! The plan of the enemy only increases the Glory of my God!
Be encouraged by the fact that God directs our paths for His namesake (Psalm 23:3), and when we acknowledge Him, He shows us where to go and what to do. We can rest in Him and not fear because if God is for us, who can come against us! (Romans 8:31)
